I’ve always loved food. Cooking, eating, looking at food porn, whatever! Over the last year this love has evolved towards a passion. I have experimented in the kitchen to a greater extent. Pushing myself to learn, admittedly often by mistake. I have taken pleasure in others’ culinary efforts both professional and private. With every meal I learn more about food, about what I enjoy, and about the kind of cook I want to be.
Now I want to continue to extend my skills from eating, to cooking and onto food writing. There are already thousands of amateur food writers on the internet sharing their knowledge, skills and experiences. This is my contribution to the “foodie community”.
And so here begins my new culinary adventure.
